The artist (Reagan/Bearsy.jpg) has the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.The artist has the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.The artist has the right to upload the commission on any / all social media (twitter, instagram, toyhouse, carrd for portfolio purposes) unless specified by the client beforehand to keep the commission private.Payment is to be made in full either after the client has approved the sketch or before the commission starts. the commission will be on an "on hold" status until payment has been received.The artist will not work with deadlines or rush orders.The artist does not work on a "first come first serve" basis. smaller commissions / commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions / commissions requiring more time.The client may contact the artist at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every week.

General Info
You are absolutely allowed to post your commission elsewhere as long as credit is given!
You are also allowed to put your watermark on your commission
I offer two small revisions and one major revision for free, after that you will have to pay extra for revisions.
The acception to this is if I (bearsy.jpg) miss an essential part to the clients character (ex. a non-optional tattoo).
Commissions may not under any circumstance be used for commercial purposes unless discussed with me beforehand.

Refund Policy and TurnaroundAfter the inital payment is made by the client they are allowed 12 hours to cancel and get their full refund. After that period if the client cancels on the artist they will not receive a refund. There are exceptions to this however it is on a case by case basis and must be discussed by the artist and the client.When the artist (Bearsy.jpg) cancels a commission after payment has been given refunds will be given on a case by case basis based on the amount of work and time the artist has spent on the commission.

Turnound time for pieces varies widely between each piece and I cannot accurately confirm the exact timeframe in which the piece will be completed. However, as previously stated in the TOS you are allowed to ask for wips on the commission once a week, most often I will provide wips and updates without being asked.
